Freedom Flooring & Tile, LLC ("Freedom Flooring," "we," "us") is a flooring installation and home services company based in Madison, Mississippi. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you request a quote, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, address, project details, and any photos you upload.
- Room visualizer. When you use the room visualizer, we collect the room photo and any product photo you upload, the floor you pick, the preview that is created, and the IP address the request came from.
- Consent record. When you agree to be contacted, we save the date and time and the IP address the request came from, so we can show you gave permission.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (like IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell your information. The only cookie this site sets is a login cookie for the business owner's dashboard.
To create a room visualizer preview, we send your room photo (and product photo, if you add one) to OpenAI, which makes the image for us. OpenAI processes it under its API terms and privacy policy and does not use it to train its models by default. Please don't upload photos that show people, documents or anything private.
Some pages load a map from Google Maps and sample photos from Unsplash. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when the content loads, under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, schedule an estimate, and prepare and follow up on your quote.
- To keep records of our work and of your consent to be contacted.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
Text messages and calls
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that Freedom Flooring may call or text you at the number you provide about your request. These messages are not marketing blasts, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone. We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website (such as our hosting provider, and OpenAI for room visualizer previews), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to serve you and keep business records, and then delete them. Room visualizer photos and previews that are not sent to us as a quote request are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Call or text 601-573-6621.
Security
This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the owner dashboard is password protected. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information like payment card or bank details through the quote form.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
